what a mess ..who does crap like that..they
should be ashamed of themselves...it was working.... played with it.... now its broke.... whats the going hourly rate for HVAC repair

Seriously why would anyone think that would be acceptable to do. A extra five minutes and it would look professional and cleanly done. This is what happens when your lazy and you rush.
