YCAS300 expansion valves????
Currently working on an YCAS300EC46, I have a failed expansion valve. I contacted YORK parts to order a new valve. To my surprise, the part number that is in the york parts renewal and stamped on the valve is an invalid number. 025-37857-000. The danfoss website does not help in locating this as I am sure it was made specific to York equipment. The info from the danfoss numbers are ETRE80-90 103TR/360KW r22/R407C ACTUATOR 24V AC 30W. Has anyone had any luck with replacing these with another valve or know of the Danfoss valve that would replace this? Thanks!

Yes, they are eev's. And yes they are obsolete because York does not use them anymore. I'm going with the thermal valve and installing a llsv. York parts never knows whats going on, but a fellow mechanic from my york days had the bulletin I was looking for with the valves needed from york.
