i am working on a 23xr that carrier converted from a pic1 to a pic2. It had never run correctly since, and they bailed without ever fixing it. I got most of the problems worked out, but still have a severe hunting problem with the load limit circuit. It has a forced unload signal for 3 seconds, then goes to about 65% load, then sees need for cooling, and loads for 3 seconds and then of course sees motor limit. Under normal operation, it works and controls water temp fine. there seems to be no adjustment for the amount of time the processor sends to the unload circuit. Anyone have any ideas or have they encountered this problem before?
