Alerton VLD-362 Send DDC Problem

I can't send Visualogic file to VLD, a comment pop-up "not enough memory in the DDC for the program" I got to know that there is a batch file for solving this problem but I can't find it, anybody can send me this file very urgently? note that I'm using "Envision 2.6" and how to use it.

Are you tring to send it via visio or device manager?

What file extension are you saving/sending it as? If you are sending as a .vls, it's not going to work.

In Visio, goto VisualLogic... Options... DDC Send Options and de-select all.
