    That's weird

    Pulling into a gas station and see this. Turns out the ladder is securely fastened to the roof and it swivels and locks into place. Wasn't sure if I should post this on the WOS or the WOP.

    I like it. Assuming it's mounted securely, it's a pretty decent idea.

    well that roof does not look that high and they have an extension ladder thats maybe broken thats why they did that i did that before on my pickup truck but never a van looks dumb

    It's mounted on a swivel base. Talked to the filter guy and saw the setup myself. Here's another pic.

    The way I see it, it it's attached to the van, it's probably likely already safer than the extension ladder would be from the ground...
