They actually showed a similar thing down in KY, at a fujitsu class I went to.

Hideous. But you know how situations, homeowners, and bosses can be like. I've been forced to do some things that I didn't want to do and looked like hell (not the actual work, you know what I'm talking about). Not my call. Stinks, but it does happen.

Installation Crew lead "mechanic": "yeah, the book that came with these unit are around here SOMEWHERE. ah, no need to bother reading them anyhow. plus, i don't use a micrometer when evacuating, know how to properly charge systems or whatever the heck that superheat thing is.... i never have to see this system again, so see ya!"
