When it comes to picking sides we think we only have two choices. We can go with Obama types and hand it over to social programs or go with Bush types and give it to the corporations, ultra wealthy and the military industrial fear mongering complex. Maybe you could explain how one is so much better than the other.

Of course corporations get theirs first on both sides because they are the ones that put these jokers in office. But tell us how Bush put us in a better situation fiscally than Clinton or Obama.

You can say Obama recklessly spends on social programs but the same can be said about how Bush spent on wars and giving tax breaks to his ultra-rich buddies.

Congress makes the rules. Business plays the game. The more rules Congress makes, and the more loopholes it creates, the more likely businesses are to hire special accountants, tax attorneys, and lobbyists.

    Congress breeds corruption.

True, some big businesses make great use of unfair advantages, regardless of any concept of fairness. They are monopolies. They have eliminated their competition.

If we fix Congress, we will fix business. Congress has to make it easier for business to do the right thing, not punish business for playing Congress's game.

Congress also needs to turn monopolies into smaller competitive businesses, like it did with Ma Bell in 1984.

Regarding Bush and Obama, Obama is the one who is in office now. He's the one we want to get rid of. Bush is already gone. Why keep reliving the past? We can play the "Yeah, but he started it" game all the way back to 1215, the year the Magna Carta was signed, but it won't accomplish anything.

    Let's get 'er done.
    Vacuum Technology:
CRUD = Contamination Resulting in Undesirable Deposits.
CRAPP = Contamination Resulting in Additional Partial Pressure.

Change your vacuum pump oil now.

    Test. Testing, 1,2,3.

You make valid points about Congress and I did not mean to relive the days of Bush. My point is that we need both sides to insist on a change in Congress. As it is now the D’s only focus on the R’s, and vice versa. Not until we realize that they are both hurting this country will we be able to fix anything.

They have outsmarted us and left us impotent by dividing us. The more you b!tch about Obama the more power you give to the R's, and vice versa. The 24/7 news media perpetuates ongoing impotence.

My point is flying right over your head. Go on and keep b!tching about Obama thinking the R's will fix everything. But know that by doing so you have cut your power in half...just where they want you to be.

My point is the R's are just a guilty for hurting this nation as the D's. But who are you going to root for then? Everyone wants a team to root for, right?

    Wrong!!!

I’m constantly looking to the past. When I bid a job I think back about how many times I’ve done that job in the past, what obstacles, what materials and what amount of time it took. Most of a person’s knowledge comes from reflecting on the past. So if you don’t remember how presidents of the past screwed this country you’re setting yourself up to do it again.

These two parties are playing us through the media. Ron Paul may not be the guy, but a third party is the answer. He has shown us it is possible and it is what Fox and CNN fear the most.

The country already went over the cliff in 2008 and the latest candidate wants to go back to the same policies - sounds like a plan for the future. At least the guy in charge now is getting us out of two unfunded wars and even though the economy is pretty rocky I can only imagine if Mccain and sister Sarah got in - perpetual unfunded war comes to mind.

Just curious, doe's Obama or the left ever do anything wrong in your view? Your man has tripled the dept in less than 4 years than Bush did in 8..and more than all president combined......and yet you continue to prop him up as some kind of hero or savior.

You come across as smart guy, just totally ingenious.

you think this economy is pretty rocky ??????? Your seeing that Lying socialist liberal dirtbag Obama proping up the economy, to keep you from knowing how really bad it really is , by saying it is better then it is being if people knew how bad it really they would be trying to throw him out even before the election. Hopefully they will vote the dirtbag out but if they don't ..... you just watch after he is elected and watch how they come out and say that things were 10 times worse then they were really telling us. NOW if that happens I' m taking it your gonna admit you had no clue what you were talking about and had your head up you know were ( ya like any liberal is gonna admit they were wrong.

So if Obama gets elected AND STRAIGHTENS THE ECONOMY OUT , I will admit I was totally wrong about Obama ....... ya I did stack the deck in my favor being that lying socialist liberal dirtbag won't fix a thing.

Oh and yes I will call him what he really is even tho he is my president.

He makes Jimmy Carter look like a genius and we know what a loser he was
