    This is utterly ridiculous, these folks don't have a lot of money to begin with, now the folks in City Hall are going to begin citing people for poverty?

    Detroit is a shining example if what decades of liberal policies and politicians can do to a city. The press ignores that for some reason.

    That's all that's left in the former motor city. Gotta tax somebody, it's all they know to do. When they're not bulldozing it down that is.

    They are just trying to stimulate the economy; gardeners, carpenters, AC guy's. And, they are only looking out for their property values. You guy's are just so shallow minded.

    Stimulate the economy ha? Yes when all the contractors file liens because the people can't afford to pay them, yes that should stimulate it a bunch.
