Hello,

I'm looking for a freg. scaler that can take an 200 to 500Hz input and scale this to 50 to 100 Hz.

Our water meter is putting out a pulse that is above the 100 Hz that our controller can correctly read.

I've looked around that web, and did find some at a crazy price $1000 and up.
