It is brand new, started up in November. Bearing failed, wore away at the shaft enough for the blower to snag on the housing. 2 pillow blocks, blower wheel and shaft change for me next week.

dang ... at least the parts are warrantied . . . any labor allowance ?

thats crazy usually engineered air stuff is top notch must have been a lemon of a bearing.

Well at least it's new. Changing out all that on a unit thats been in service for years, that's a bizznatch.
