Very simple Store is under negative pressure... to confirm with all doors closed open one door a couple of inches while you are inside the building at the door that is being opened and if you feel the outside air come rushing in at you from the door that you opened ... and all belts at tight on AC units , and if they are...

    Store needs to be balanced...

    Hope this helps
Isn't sanity just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean, all you get is that one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, well, the sky's the limit!

Better still light up a cigarette and walk around blowing smoke and see where most of the air infiltrates and seal that. Then crack open a window and measure the air volume going in (velocity x area) and run an OA duct to your return sized based on this info plus the calculated the leakage around the doors and some extra to get your positive pressure and do this with your kitchen exhaust running. This should correct your negative pressure. Thank you very much

I would also bet the building is negatively pressurized.
