Hi was wondering if any one could go over what the process is that you go through while doing maintenance on units?

A maintenance on units.....
Is it a particular kind of unit?
Furnace? Heat pump? Rtu?, Make up air? Refrigeration? Lieberts? Chiller? Boiler?
Really need more info to answer this.
In other news the weather seems to be getting warmer up here in BC
