Job interview ?
Went on a job interview and was asked how do you set the fan speed on a Lennox variable speed furnace?
Also another one was what is a bisbor? Never heard of such a thing..
Thought these were both trick questions..
What did you answer to them? Did you get the job?
Well first you get the model/serial number and the install manual and set it up.
Never heard of a bisbor.
It sends power to the fazignator during harvest.

I put a question mark in the answer line for the bisbor ..
Here is what I would have answered.
Same as any other unit. Set heating speed to maintain rated temperature rise.
Set cooling speed to meet required cfm for cooling load (generally 400 cfm/ton) based on TESP of the unit and a fan curve, or drop across a known load such as a coil.
Every high end fancy POS furnace has a different way to physically set the speeds. Some have dip switches, some have moveable jumpers, but they all ultimately do the same thing.
As far as a bisbor, either that was a typo, or a test question.
I've never heard of it either.
A "bisbor" is how a guy with a sinus infection describes an unsatisfactory job.
"Dad guy who bixed by burnis did a bisbor job"....
Technical incompetence is NOT a sales tool....
