Typical wage rate for chiller tech in Sacramento, CA

Looking to relocate to the Sacramento area from out of state. I've been talking to a potential employer and I'm looking to get an idea of the typical wage rate for a journeyman chiller technician with over 10 years of experience. Also, do employers typically pay beyond the wage rate scale listed for a particular local? If so, what is the typical amount above rate? Unions are scarce where I'm at and I'm trying to compare wages between where I'm at and Sacramento. Thanks in advance.

Another guy from that area was posting on here recently. I believe a Chiller Mechanic is the Service Jm (some big Locals in the eastern part of the country call it "A Card Service") in that Local. The Sacramento Local is, by what I'm told, at least $10/Hr. less than the Locals in the SF Bay area. Scale wage in Sacramento should be in the mid to high $30s. If you do stop major and overhauls, you should be able to swing it your way.
