    Confused

    in phx the schools tell em they start at 17 to 18 a decent tech makes 20 + max is 25 27 depending on production. + commisions for sales leads and svc agg sales. you do the math.

    here in the south it is 13 to 22 depending on your experience

    we have a local voc tech and not enough interest for the ac class ... who wants to work in 100 plus on a roof or attic in the summer
    once you think you've seen it all

    I would rather work for free than be look upon as a thief!!!!!

    believe me in phx, you earn every bit of your 20+ per hour. roofs here are always 110 to 120 degrees, attics at 3 oclock, try over 150 degrees. but hey its a dry heat....

    In my neck of the woods $22 an hour isnt to bad. Iv'e been in for 10 years and make close to that. Any more than about 28 an hour is unheard of around here.

    Hmm

    union wage in cali is 34 per hour but union lays you off alot. and who wants to live there. i dont speak spanish.
