    Yep!..Watertight!

    Found this on a rooftop while working on another tenant's unit. I guess the installer was told to make sure the junction box is watertight

    I was waiting to see who commented on the professional looking equipmet rails.

    Looks like blue painters tape.
    Keeps paint out- guess it will work for water.
