Ys chiller No oil return
I have four 300 ton ys s2 york chillers,I got the oil results back and #2 and #3 chiller needed an oil change. So we changed the oil in #2 and it ran for 24 hours and it seemed to be ok so we did the oil change in #3 chiller, then on Saturday the weekend crew said #2 shut down on low seperator oil, when I came in it looked like there was enough oil in the sump so I started it back up and it ran for about 15 min and shut down on low oil.So we checked out the Eductors and they were ok we had already changed the eductor filters so we ruled that out.
Whats really got me stumped is that I started up chiller 3 today and it is doing the same thing that #2 is. Both chillers were running fine before oil change and now are having the same problem.
Like I said they are york ys -s2 chillers and the book I have says to use 10 gallons of York type C oil.
Am I missing something?
any thoughts?
Thanks

I have tried setting my tower fans at different speeds and it does the same thing if the CT water is 75 or 95,With a higher head press the oil does return but it leaves almost as fast
I did notice that my discharge temp is low about 15 DSH and my slide valve never got farther than 40% and the water setpoint is 45 and it never got lower than 47

I don't have to run fans on Man. I just did to get temp up
What I can't keep asking is why they ran fine before oil change and now shutting down.nothing else was done???

Reason I ask R22 takes C-oil and R134a takes K-oil just thought I would ask this stupid question.
