Looked at Apt bldg. Has a big, old nasty 700K boiler and 3 pumps going to 3 diff areas, radiant heat in floors from long ago. 3 main supply headers and 3 matching returns, probably 3" copper feeding each. My game plan is to replace one big unit with 3, 200K Ultra's or equivilant. Each boiler serving the one zone now split up by the piping. I would like to use an indoor-outdoor type stat and forget any insdoor thermostat. Just regulate water temp according to ouotside temp.
Anything better than the weil mclean ultra's, any other thoughts?

They seem to be in the mid 80% for efficiency, but I will price them as an option to the Ultra, thanks.

Unlike WM, Buderus boilers dont have a required minimum return waters temperatures, making the ideal for low load applications, using outdoor re-sets, we sold and installed hundreds of them, havent had any problems, cant say the same about WM.

Sweet install there. So the Ultra's are good for commercial applications like that?
