You'll need to provide all the operating info to get any help.

low discharge super heat can be caused by a bad discharge temp sensor.
bad electronic expansion valve, minium expansion valve setpoint set too high,
discharge pressure sensor off. these are the most common that I find. sometimes on a 2 compressor circuit you may need to have that circuit load up first instead of equal loading. you need to do some trouble shooting to see what is going on.

30 GX chiller barrel was punctured and later fixed the tubes with dummy,
Sir,
30 GX chiller barrel was punctured and later fixed the tubes with dummy, flushed the systm, ie... condensser coil, economizer, oil receiver, chiller barrel all were flushed well with Nitrogen and 123 gas, + replaced filter drier, internal filter, Expansion valve, oil, oil level detector transducer, and charged new gas. then started the chiller after 2 days the alarm started coming no 54 (oil level detector defective, oil quantity insufficent) and alarm 21 ie.. oil pressure transducer failure. each time it comes i used to reset and start again,- then changed again the drier core, internal oil filter, it runs for 2 days and again the same problem keeps coming. So i wanted to know (whether i should flush the complete system once again together with the condensser), or (only the oil tank and replace the drier core + oil, + internal oil filter once again), please suggest.
Thank's - Sucurro.
