    Come on, really

3 hour drive to the job site to find this.
I could hear the contactors Chattering from across the roof. Repair the wire, pop in a couple new contactors, secure the wiring properly, and then another 3 hour drive home.

I hate lazy techs. Think about it, the contactor would have to be mounted first before the wires are put on so you would see that. Dude ignored it and kept putting wires on.
Every customer you take for granted today will be someone else's tomorrow.

Based out of Sacramento. I live 45 min. north of there. I cover Chico, Redding, Euerka, and I have one account up in Crescent City. This was over in Susanville.

    Hmm Hello!!

That's what happens when people don't pay attention to the job at hand - or don't care.

Unless someone changed out the contactor previously, and swapped the wires over one at a time so they wouldn't get them mixed up. I've seen plenty of Handy Andy types do it that way.
