what normal temperature is supply and return, 15-20 F, please help

It varies depending on humidity. But your 15 to 20 degrees, give or take a couple is pretty accurate.

If its more than twenty you could have airflow issues. If its less than fifteen you could have a refrigeration problem. But other factors such as high humidity can effect the temperature difference. Thats why when troubleshooting a system you have to take many different measurements to determine the problem ie superheat, subcooling, indoor temp, outdoor temp, gauge pressures etc.
