    We still don't even know what refrigerant this thing is running.

    If you don't know what you're doing, and it sounds as if you don't, best to have a pro come to have a look at it before you hurt yourself or mess up the freezer.

    Never seen a walk n with an "air filter" on it (which BTW if dirty would not cause high head). But if you meant a liquid line drier, perhaps you have introduced non condensables. Need more info like refrigerant type, ambient temp, is this a hot pull down, box temp, are all condenser fans running, and this filter you just replaced?

    I think this is a troll. First it is a walk in Freezer then a A/C? Has an air filter? someone is having fun acting like they are a brick short of a load.

    naw its just hard to explain. Anyways, figured it out. TXV wasnt doing what it should be, so I replaced it, oh it was running R404. call a pro.. psh.
    haha new to this forum.

    Right its called talking about 2 things in 1 post.
    Asked about the walk in, AND .. <-- see .. ANDDD a A/C.. umm. ac units have filters btw..
    just saying.

    Plese enlighten me. How does a txv "not doing what it should" have an effect on head pressure? What should it do? I might learn something.
