High side pressure higher than normal...

Hello everyone, I'm very new to this site but a couple of friends told me this forum will help out alot.
Currently I have a walk in freezer that is giving me a headache.
When the compressor is running the cyclus (the thing that shows how much gas is being pumped) shows that it should be filled up with more gas. Problem is when I install the gauge onto the compressor. High side would come up to 300-350... when it should only be 200-250.
I can't get a grip on where the problem is.
I figured it might be the TXV not working correctly... but I wanted more opinions.

is what dirty? the filter? No i just replaced it, the coil isnt dirty. this is a strong working ac unit..

I suggest a great running log with temps and pressures to post . More information gets you better answers than guesses. Someone posted on this site one time the phrase " no science no solutions". HVAC problems enters the world of science more often than not.

Never seen a walk n with an "air filter" on it (which BTW if dirty would not cause high head). But if you meant a liquid line drier, perhaps you have introduced non condensables. Need more info like refrigerant type, ambient temp, is this a hot pull down, box temp, are all condenser fans running, and this filter you just replaced?

there are 2 other ac units that are the same and they are 200-250.
for the high side, pressure should never exceed 300.
.... seriously? its pretty much a window that shows you how much gas is running in the system. shows you if its low, empty or full without having to put in your gauge..

Why would you compare what a freezer is doing to what an a/c does? What will happen if pressure exceeds 300?

I think this is a troll. First it is a walk in Freezer then a A/C? Has an air filter? someone is having fun acting like they are a brick short of a load.
