Actually in reading the article it says that if you have the gene and have alot of friends you are likely to be liberal in thought, so if by some genetic quirk you are missing this gene you would be conservative. But if you have the gene and no friends you would most likely be conservative. Sounds about right to me!

Very good thinking, but change is NOT always improvement.
The additional gene, could mean that liberals are bound to destroy what is already good and right.
