+1 G5
just REMEMBER to open the liquid valve!!! the machine REALLY groans when it's pumping liquid and the tank valve is closed...
I use the dual manifold method of recovery on hot days, pulls 15 lbs in less than 30 minutes... got a bucket to set the tank in? MUCH faster! The TRUE highest cost system is the system not installed properly...

Make certain the label reads, "inspected by third party..." or something to that effect. This is code where I live. I suspect with Eco awareness growing, the code may spread...
I use yellow jacket for what its worth. Have had the same one for close to 10 years and never have problems. Compact and easy to use.

Picked up the G5 yesterday, used it on a system to remove what was left of R410a on a system and I was impressed. I was also shocked at how small it is!!! Very glad I bought the G5

I have seen the converters... WTF good is it? it looks like an additional condenser for the system... the G5 pulls LIQUID, and vapor... with a pair of condensers with a HUGE fan... why would this be needed on the G5? I can see it on large systems with lots of vapor to pull, with a really hot tank, and no access to water or ice for cooling the tank, but I seriously don't see the need for the device...
