I graduated from ATI in 2009 and I would say it was about 40% hands on and about 60% class work. I don't know if Gary, Logan, and Johnathan are still there but they were good teachers. I don't know about Quality but I heard its only a 12 week course opposed to 9 months for ATI.

you would be better off going to community collage course.
the 12 week course is a joke & i wouldnt recommend it at all.
ati is a typical trade school & does have a fairly nice lab for
hands on training. ive had techs from both but the ones ive had seem to think since they went to school they dont need to continue thier
education anymore. this trade is a never ending learning type of
    work.

If you have your EPA license and some schooling then "beat the streets" with your resume and fill out applications for "any job available". Gotta be willing to start any position even if a gofer, or helper. A good company will train you if you show you're willing to work! Good luck!
