    And this is a hospital?

I usually hold hospitals, labs, colleges, etc. to the thought that these buildings house people of great logic. Thus i figured they would hire people who were the best in their field to maintain these facilities.

    I thought wrong.

These two are 3 ton York air handlers that they said they always had a freezing/melting/leaking problem with. No one could figure out why. Turns out because of the urine smell in this area, they are required to have exhaust fans. Only bad part is that the dummkaufs that put the fans in, tapped into the returns of these units. So as long as the mushrooms are running, there is no return air to the air handlers. 3 contractors couldnt figure it out, but one of them knew how to make sylish access panels.

If you could see some of the things I did in hospitals and O.R. facilities- you'd never go there.
No wonder people get sick in these places.

I've seen Surgery Centers for humans that I would not take a pet hamster to after working on the air conditioning there.

So us guys in the trade that work behind the scenes slowly but surely eliminate places to patronize... Restaurants, hospitals, hotels, etc.

I know I'm one of them. OCD is a curse.

If you like donuts, never ever EVER take a service call to work on a donut shop's air conditioning system.
That kinda goes for any restaurant, but when a places main ingredients are flour and sugar...

I know a guy who is a "nurse" in a reputable hospital in this area. I won't eat in his house. I feel filthy just walking thru. You never know who is attending to you in these places.

You won't patronize grocery stores anymore if we start talking about the cleanliness of the cases in alot of markets.

Was in Peru recently. This is the student cafeteria walk-in condensate drain, with NO trap.
