PCG MSC for DX cooling
I have an RTU that I'm using the ODA to reset the DA setpoint. The rtu is suppling air to 13 VAV's with SCR heat. The problem I am running into is the DA temp is going way below the setpoint. I have seen the setpoint be at 55 and the discharge air be at 48. I think it is the MSC that is doing this. I have set the minimum run time to 60 seconds but it seems it keeps going below setpoint. Is there any settings I can change in the multi state controller?

The problem is that you're trying to control dx cooling from discharge air temperature. Have you considered trying to control it from return air temperature?

There are 2 stages of DX cooling. Igotworms I thought it was going to be a little difficult. I considered doing it to return air but the engineer spec'd DA? That's why I thought resetting the DA would make it a little better. They always complain they are cold since occuping the space about 3 weeks ago.

If the engineer spec'd discharge air then there isn't much you can do. I would just play around with cooling min on/off times.
