Allen West would be a good conservative balance to Romneys basic liberal political leanings. West would give concervatives a hope for a more conservative president being elected in the future.
I just like Romney, I liked him in 2001. I don't need a reason why. As for West, the EC's seem to parade a flavor of the month and tokenism seems to be their favorite method. Another Sarah if you ask me.

So, basically, you have no reason for why you like or dislike anything political, you just sashay the way it feels good to do so?

How you could have been completely ignorant of Allen West and his campaign in Florida is somewhat beyond my comprehension for someone who has as many opinions as you do about politics.

So, just so I have this correct (I'm not sure at this time if "straight" is an appropriate term), based on just your own basic "likes" of a person, you don't like Palin (eliminate the female factor) and you don't like West (bye-bye Black guy) but you do like Romney......kinky.

    Absolutely not!

Unfortunately all my vote will mean this time around is that I am essentially "rooting for laundry".

That's a sports term that describes a fan that supports his or her team no matter what stupid things they may do.

I will admit, unless someone like Allen West is on the ticket with Romney, I will only be voting against Obama.

Actually , there is a Dallas County commissioner, John Wiley Price, that I believe is the best politician on the face of the Earth. He is black and fights tirelessly for the backs in Dallas. As for women, I think they have a place in the home.

Not even close. If you are referring to the latest media deceit, you may put yourself in the same catagory that West puts the journalist who quoted West out of context.

Allen West is a man who made good by his basic values and utilizing what was available to him in life. He served his country while increasing his giving back to the service by advancing himself in rank. He Decided to continue to serve his country by getting into the political arena, which I'm sure he finds a lot nastier then anything he may have seen in the military.

Allen West is someone who can represent any American believing in the American way of life outside of Socialism.

    From his town hall meeting:

When a questioner asked West about Marxists in “the American legislature,” some in the crowd jeered, but West took a different approach.
“No, it’s a good question,” he said, adding: “I believe there is about 78 to 81 members of the Democratic Party that are members of the Communist Party.”
After a long pause, West adds that he is talking about the Congressional Progressive Caucus, a group of 76 of the more liberal Democrats in the U.S. House.

Sounds the same in context to the question and his additional remarks. The guy is allowed his opinion but this statement is total BS and if he had any real guts he would name names so he could be sued for slander. But he won't.

LOL! I'd love to see someone like you go up against someone like Allen West in a battle of who has the most guts to stand up to someone.....

Maybe, if you're real nice, Mr. West won't shove your head into a 55 gallon drum and discharge his 9mm into the drum, like he got into trouble for doing in Afghanistan.

It is really humorous when people like you try to act all tough.

Oh, so do I, but we need to protect West from being labeled by those pinko commie bastard progressives.

I don't know, anyone who wants a better life than the last 3 years have delivered? Obama has now been shown for the fraud and failure many of us knew he was. Do you want more of what he has delivered? I sure as hell don't. Women, blacks, hispanics, even welfare mommas are doing worse than they were 4 years ago. Only Obama's buddies getting his kickbacks are any better off than they were. There is only so much cash he can spread around, it ain't gonna help. Anyone who votes for more of this is either named Castro, or a dammed fool.

    You like Romney???????

This is a man who will rip apart a working company, sell off or close the bits, lay off 1000s, all to make himself $100million. He embodies both what we hate most in capitalism and a very few love.

Besides, anyone who straps his dog on the roof of his car for a 10 hour drive is heartless.
