YCAS with DXS compressor..motor terminal seals
I had a heck of a time replacing some motor terminal seals(the o-rings under the insulators) today, anyone have some advice on making this process less of a pain in the a*$??

If it was easy.....
ya, it is kind of a pain. I found it is easier to pull the suction cover, but you have to move the comp to do that.
If you don't want to do that, then get some seal picks and pull the seals up with them. That actually works pretty good.
You can do the motor terms with out removing suction suction cover, but if you have to do the temp sensor terminals I would recommend pulling cover.“If your work speaks for itself, don't interrupt.” ~Henry J. Kaiser
