ice cream dispenser
Hi guys, One of our customer want to buy a ice cream idspenser and he wants to know which made/model has good reputation. Do you guys have any idea? thanks

We have Electro Freeze. They not bad to take care once you start handling them.

I prefer Stoelting myself. It all depends on what you learn on and are comfortable with. Good luck.

Depends on how much capacity he wil need. Duke 959 with remote pumps from cooler can pump out tons of soft-serve per hour. Don't Want to buy something that expensive if your only selling 50 shakes a day. They also sell self- contained units. Really depends on budget, space and amount of product per hour sold. Do they have a machine now?

They should look into hand dipped ice cream as well. For a minimal investment in equipment (a dipping cabinet and some scoops) you can offer a wider variety of flavors and a tempting display.
Some vendors will even supply the cabinet.
