    It always begs the question "why" ? Commercial companies are not like residential hiring and firing in bulk as the weather changes...

    If you are talking about the local where i am at i know why when you talk to the 20 plus year guys that left.... I know others that work at other districts and they say it aint so bad, but always, always make sure you find and talk to guys at the supply houses, halls and friends before you take that plunge.
