The Trane office in Philly is not owned by IR. It's a locally owned Union company.

Correct, and Tozour is one of the largest Trane companies, and one of the oldest in the nation.

So, Trane is NOT "hiring all over."

They are hiring in small, non-union shops owned by corporate.

I believe "maxster" is saying Trane corporate owned offices, both non-Union & Union, are hiring in many locations. This wouldn't include Buffalo, Philly or North Carolina, as those are franchise offices.
