CMS has the other company called Nextech HVACR or something like that. I see them running around all over the place.

I think Johnson has/had Walgreens, and maybe CVS also.

The other "goliath" I can think of is a part of the Reedy Group, Metro Tech.

I've heard there loosing ground and fast.

We have seen a number of things going on like low ballers just doing an "inspection" with. O cool cleanings and goin with throw away filters. They low ball the PM but try to make up for it in service or saying things are bad when their not.

I was with the failed JCI National Service. We didn't have Walgreen's then. We did have CVS even tho there's none in my area. The reason for JCI National Service tanking was cutthroat retail. Anytime the customer dictates what price they want to pay at least one company will fail. Look at Service Solutions and MetroTech.

Retail service is a pain to say the least.

I don't know how some of the companies can do it.

When I was at Engineering Excellence, some of there hourly rates (different from company to company) were 30 to 40% less then the norm in the area.

Retail service is way too cut throat.

I'm glad I'm out of it.

    Hahahahahaha. Lol!!!!!!!!
That article is somewhat true but its lacking so many details.you get 1000 dollars if you don't get hurt but fired if you do. You get to go to all there fancy meetings at the end of the year but you have to have the highest numbers in your area. So that means you have to sell your customers.more shi* they don't need. I read that article years ago before I took a job working for them. It sounded great the boss was nice. But I knew my first day on the job I was screwed. Anybody think that cms sounds good. Go find out and come back and talk to me
