Smoked a fatty
Smoked a couple of fatties for me and my techs. We had a webinar on Thursday and thought it would be great for lunch. The fatties are stuffed with eggs and cheese. I sliced them up and put them on English muffins with holladaise sauce. Smoke them at 250 degrees for 3 hours with jack daniels wood chips. Enjoy, Steve

Im gonna try one. What is the meat ratio? 1lb of ground to 1lb of bacon? I usually use apple and cherry simply because they are abundant up here. We dont have any Bass Pro Shops so i have to order the Jack Daniels chips online. Ive used them before and they are awesome.
Im thinking of using chedder and pepper jack cheese.Every customer you take for granted today will be someone else's tomorrow.

It reheats good. The only problem is there is hardly any leftovers. My son ate what was left and he tore it up.

That looks yummy, going to have to try that in a Dutch Oven.If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what will never be. (Thomas Jefferson 1816)
