?
Regency is a much better unit. Get what you pay for. Compare opening the glass.

Not a fan of either. Jotul, Valor, Napoleon would be the brands I would be looking at

Company I work for is a Regency and Napoleon dealer. Used to do Heat n' glo. Regency is one of the best going right now in my opinion. Units are solid, costumer and tech services are fantastic.
Regency has sent people down to look at a couple "problem" units, turned out to be problem from install, not the unit.
8 years dealing with different manufacturers of fireplaces, I have to say Regency has been by far the best.
On the opposite end of the scale, not many good things to say about Napoleon lol.
Sorry turkey, see you're from Barrie, hope you don't work for wolf steel lol.

Lol no don't work for wolf just always had great support and realibility with Napoleon fireplaces. Heat and glo I don't like because of service issues I've had with them regency I've just never been a fan of how they burn but never had reliability issues with them
