Carrier Edge Thermidistat Pigtail Source?

Here's the scoop. I used to work for a carrier dealer. Ive always hated the black and red pigtail that connects the base to the stat its self on the edge. Now, I have a customer in need of one, and since im not a carrier dealer the local distributor is giving me the run around. The kind where they have supposed to have called me back for the last several days.

My customer has a good Thermidistat just needs the black and red pigtail. I cannot warranty it for the customer because he broke it at the connector. I have installed something to get him by, but I need to track this part down.
