Confused INCORRECT DEFROST BOARD ON AMANA UNIT

Just found out that the HVAC guys who changed out a faulty defrost board on a 2 year old outdoor amana unit used a non Amana board. Can I make this HVAC company replace the board with an authorized board to stay in my 10 year warranty? What are my rights here or do I have none? To replace it on my own with the new HVAC guys who found the non-amana board will be costly. It works for now but it is #3 and before I kick the old hvac guys out, I would like them to replace the board with the correct one ordered by the correct manufacturer. Any suggestions will be appreciated as this unit is 2 years old and it is on it's 3rd board. Got another company to check everything out today and they found plenty, including this lovely gem of information.

How many times must one fix something before it is fixed?

    Smile Oops

Sorry about the all caps. My handle is in all caps and I didn't thing it mattered anyway. And yes, I read the rules of posting but I must have missed that one.

I have been schooled. New to this but desparate for answers.

All caps is considered yelling, and rude. And will often hinder getting answers to your question. Just a heads up for you.
