I have a Liebert Minimate ( MMD12E7P0000) with a split condenser. Where the condenser wiring is to be connected to the control board, there is what appears to be a resistor between ports 1 & 3 (on the TB2 bus). Those ports are listed as "Heat Rejection" & "High Head Alarm Connection" respectively.

What I really need to know is whether or not this needs to be removed prior to wiring in the condenser, but I'd also like to know what its intended purpose is.

I'm an apprentice and I've helped install many DataMates previously, but this is my first MiniMate and have never run across this component before.

Any help would be appreciated!
