Anybody have any good recipes for wild turkey breast (crockpot preferably )? I called in a 2 big gobblers this morning my 12 year old got a 23 lb bird. And we are ready to eat!
I skin mine and roast them in one of those oven bags with potatoes, onion, celery, and put some carrots in at the last hour.
Turns out great.
Congrats on your son bagging a bird. Our season opens in a few weeks.
10mm, because it's better than .45acp
Thanks zw17 I'll have to try that. Sounds good. Nothing like knowing where your supper (or dinner) comes from. Good luck when your season opens.
