If you guys can give me your opinions id appreciate it. If in an attic you can run your trunk on the ceilling would you or would you hang it. I was told that you shouldnt run the trunk line on the ceilling because if or when it vibrates its going to be a nuisance.

I run it on the ceilling{joist} when there isnt going to be any thing in my way all replys will be helpfull.

I like to use round duct in the attic. Flex off of plenum, a small length, then connect it to hard round. No vibration at all. Secure hard round to joist.
