Drain keeps stopping up

Gotta love 1/2 cpvc drain on a 5 ton air handler . I couldnt get pictures inside but it ran down the wall like a roller coaster.About 20 feet was 3/4 pvc then they converted to 1/2 cpvc for 30 feet . It is running out by the back door of an restaurant.

How come most of the wrong sh%$ I see is restaurants as well? Or like stinkbugs climbing into grain feeders at breweries.....hmmmmmmmm
