Amount of refrigeration in supermarkets
How much refrigeration (in ton, kW or equivalent) does a typical supermarket contain if the total (grocery part) store area is:
- 4300-26900 square feet?
- >26900 square feet?
Would be interesting to hear if you can make any such estimation. Thanks!

This report, prepared for the US Dept of Energy, is quite extensive and will likely have the data you need...providing you're willing to dig for it a little.
