I doubt you will get much help as "breakers" do not "pull in"! But anyways, is your evap fan running?
I hope someone can assist me
Im currently working on 2x trane RAUJC60E units .. and at pressent they aint responding to a thermastat call for cooling . having checked and double checked we have traced the electrical circuit back to the high pressure sensor in one unit and the low prssure sensor in the other?? there are no broken wire on the sensors and I have replaced one sensor with a new one.. and still the problem, again through the circuit shows it is the sensors in both units..are not allowing the breakers to pull in?. can you advise on how I can equal the presure ? resolve !!! so it will start the compressors?
any advise will be gladly accepted..
regards
darren

it appears that the fans will run with the compressors once i kill the power then switch on again. then after 10mins ckt1 will shut down. leaving ckt2 running

It's obvious that you are not a tech due to your comment that "the breakers won't pull in". Read the site rules at the top of this page about no DIY.
It is the lockout circuit that is keeping it off. You might better get someone out there that knows it or call Trane.
Call an actual company to fix your equipment or obtain pro status here before asking DIY questions.
