    Cat found

    Of course they said they clean it weekly (more like weakly). The coil and blower coated aswell.

    You know you're in trouble when you ask the customer/ home owner where they change the air filter and they reply what air filter?
    Sure enough the filter is either missing or fallen into the duct
    i don't miss residential service for that reason and also hot attics
