Need to change colors for AOP

The "Ask Our Pro's-Owner Assistance" header section on the main forums scree is very hard to read. I fully understand trying to pick colors that stand out from the rest, but the dark red on blue is unreadable. It might be because I am color blind, but, the only way I could read it was to select it first.

Click the X at the top right hand corner of the Notice box. It will disappear and not return.
