quad fire castile auger

heres the problem, i have replaced the vacum, the auger motor and then the blower motor. Before the blower motor died everything was working fine. Now the blower is working but the auger motor cycles fine and then goes backwards and the fire dies. I hit the reset, pellets drop but then again it goes backwards any suggestions? I have unplugged and plugged back in and also try a different outlet for polarization but still the auger goes in reverse.
any suggestions are gratly appreciated, thanks Julia

Sounds like the capacitor on the auger is bad, needs a new auger moter.

thanks darth but it is a new motor, maybe its bad i will have it tested where i bought it
