I quoted to clean coil and blower cabinet then replace fan motor and circuit board. They decided to go with a new system.

I love those Allstyle coils. We replace alot of them. Not a question of if they will leak but when they will leak.

Definitely hasn't had a filter for a while. It also looks like it was sucking in lint from a dryer... not saying it was but looks like it.

Or my personal favorite. "When was the last time you changed your filter?" "where's the filter at?"

One thing you can usually count on is when you get there the filter is brand new.

I love asking the homeowner ( when did you change your filter last ) and they say uugghh what filter, usually after living in the house for years never thinking about it or knowing it needed it

One of the scariest questions in this field is when you arrive the customer asks where the filter goes.
