Identify this trane please.
I am about to close on a house, I got the utilities turned on and turned on the heater to test it. It's 50 degrees outside, 60 inside. The heater will kick on for about 1-2 minutes then the 30 amp breaker pops. After the breaker pops there's a clicking type noise coming from the unit. It goes away as soon as you reset the breaker. I googled the serial number and model number to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The panel attached to the unit.

The model number, so it's so unclear, bad lightning and the flash made it impossible to see.

The picture is to fuzzy for me to be sure what the first and third digits are in the model number.
It appears to be a heat pump compatible 3.5 ton air handler, with mechanical refrigerant line connections, and a TXV, manufactured in 1987.If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

I will take my camera and get some better pics tomorrow. The house is an 87 so that fits.

Get the unit inspected by a hvac company, i would ask the seller for a new unit if possible or plan on replacing it .most of the time a circuit breaker that keeps tripping is not a simple repair

It doesn't trip when the a/c is on, only when the heat is on.
I was hoping for an easy fix but I'll have someone check it out.
