those recent pictures were the before and after pics. also i need to go back monday to relocated the OD sensor. i will snap some better pictures of the outside unit.

What do i think? Well based on the picture it looks like a heat pump hopefully it's not 410a because i don't see a drier
and isn't it code for the disconnect box to have included in it a gfci receptacle?

Tape is better tie strips will mash the insulation down and could possibly make the rubatex sweet mi

ght make a mess.

What is the clearance between that outdoor unit and the house? I can't tell from the pics, but it looks mighty close to me.
